Refund policy

Please choose your product carefully and if you are unsure, email us with an enquiry before you purchase your item.  Returns are accepted if we have supplied the incorrect item or they are damaged. All returned products must be in their original undamaged packaging. 

If you have chosen the wrong product we would be happy to exchange at your expense.  Any items returned for credit will incur a restocking fee between 5-10% and must be returned within 14 days of purchase. 

ANY REFUNDS FOR PAYMENTS MADE USING AFTERPAY WILL INCUR A 10% ADMIN FEE + RESTOCKING FEE IF APPLICABLE.
